We're building the platform we wish we'd had as students in Dubai.
Settle+ is a curated marketplace for student accommodation across Dubai's universities. Every listing is added by hand, every landlord attests to our document standards, and every enquiry reaches a named person on our team.
Our story
Every year, thousands of students arrive in Dubai for university — from India, Pakistan, the UK, the Gulf, Africa, and beyond. Most of them spend their first weeks chasing unverified listings, joining random Facebook groups, sending deposits to people they have never met, and worrying about scams.
We thought there had to be a better way. So we built one. Settle+ puts every landlord through a document standards attestation, shows the price and what it includes on every listing, and puts a named person on the other end of every enquiry.
We're not trying to be the biggest property platform — we're trying to be the most trustworthy one for the specific job of housing students in Dubai.
What we believe
Trust is built, not declared
Anyone can call themselves verified. We make landlords formally attest to specific document standards — and hold them to it.
Students never pay us
Landlords list for free, students browse for free, and Settle+ takes no commission from your rent. We make our money from the services students actually opt into, like document attestation. Whatever you agree with a landlord is between you and them — we just never add to it.
Students aren't customers, they're community
A student today is a senior tomorrow with a spare room. We design Settle+ for the long-term relationship, not the one-off transaction.

Every listing on Settle+ belongs to a real, contactable landlord we've onboarded. No scraped listings, no fake inventory.
